Leading With Warmth And Courage!
I will share how I lead in terms of my leadership style. I will also share my recent challenges of leadership that has been tested during the pandemic. I will share some of the ‘dig deeper within’ strategies I have developed to grow my leadership. Learning how to empathize with others whilst working in adverse situations has made me a more resilient leader.
Leading a team of over 50 people remotely has been a challenging experience. Teaching Kindergarten children online was also challenging and interesting! However these challenges pushed me to grow in my leadership as I had to employ creative ways to inspire the team and consequently the children. I am pleased to be a part of this project to share my learnings with you!
