Leading Awake: Why Global Culture Matters?
Michelle will share insights on the four transformation quadrants of: Self, Family, Community & Organizations. These stages and spaces, after all, are how we move through life, connect with cultural norms and influence how we show up at work and others places in our lives and the world. ‘I’ve noticed that my sense of awareness, connection and care for others has evolved and expanded over time.’ Michelle’s definition and understanding of “leader, leader care and leader self-care” has evolved to be more compassionate, inclusive, and patient.
Michelle has come to more deeply embody the belief (not just the thought) that we truly are all one, part of a common humanity and that what happens to one of us, happens to all of us. Michelle will share the effects of the global health pandemic and the racial and social injustice issues in the U.S. that have been hard to experience. The experience in the USA has tapped into fears of many as well as anger, frustration and, beautifully, hope and wise action. Wrestling with the spectrum of emotions and behaviors that accompany such things, Michelle will share her awakening and an earnest desire by many others to learn, to grow, to love. Michelle will inspire you and others with her insights, reflections and strategies.
